Krista Harris Events is a full-service event planning business offering full planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination for weddings and all kinds of celebrations.
I treat every event as if it were my own, giving each detail the time and attention it deserves. Whether you need help bringing the whole day together or just a hand with the plans you’ve already made, I’m here to help.
On the day of your event, I’m the point of contact for all your vendors. That means you can relax, spend time with your guests, and enjoy the celebration without worrying about the details.
No event is too big or too small. My goal is to help you create a celebration you and your guests will be talking about for years to come.

Planning Gabby and Kyle’s wedding was such an emotional and exciting time, and having Krista there every step of the way made everything feel so effortless. She was always on top of everything, incredibly responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure every detail was perfect. I always felt that we were in the best hands.
But what really stood out to me was how wonderful she was to work with. She was kind, patient, warm, and such a pleasure throughout the entire process. I am truly grateful that she was part of such an important and special time for our family.
I would recommend Krista without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding or special event. She is truly exceptional at what she does, and we feel so lucky to have had her! ❤️

I have never met anyone in my entire life who is meant to be a party planner/coordinator more than Krista Harris. She was amazing to work with from the start of the planning of my daughter’s wedding! Her personality, work ethic, sweetness, organizational skills, knowledge, sense of style, kindness, genuine empathy, and strong sense of direction as a leader, creativity level, and professional manner are entirely unmatched. My daughter and I had one meeting with Krista and fell in love with her and EVERYTHING she suggested. She was incredible throughout the entire process that followed! She kept in close contact with ALL VENDORS, my daughter and me... step by step to ensure we were working as a team to create the perfect wedding day.
She even attended a phone conference meeting with the photographer in addition to attending the two hour meeting with the last walk through at the venue the day before the big day. Krista helped us work on a timeline from the getting ready place for seven hours (Coastal Creative in Northport) including a 22 person bridal party hair and makeup appointments, “First Look”, pictures with bridal party, etc. Her timeline was done to perfection getting us to have us arrive at the exact time we were permitted at the venue (Water’s Edge, Centerport.). I have never seen anything run this smoothly in my entire life.
Krista cared as much as we did about every single detail. She thought about things we never would have. She literally put her heart and soul to ensuring a seamless timeline for an extraordinary WEDDING DAY. I believe if we have another family event, we will need to set aside a separate table for Krista to sign autographs. After showing her true colors, she definitely has celebrity status with all of us.IT WAS LIKE HAVING A FAIRY G-D MOTHER BESIDE US!!!!!!
Having Krista alongside us was the number one BEST decision that we ever made IN THE ENTIRE WEDDING PLANNING months. Having brought KRISTA in... IS LIKE TAKING OUT AN INSURANCE POLICY; everything will go exactly as planned if you do. This highly professional, talented, skillful, and lovely party planner/coordinator gets five stars. She hits every bullet point.
Finally, Krista is amazing beyond amazing at what she does. I honestly can’t even envisioned how incredible she would be. We hit the jackpot with this making a decision to hire her. I strongly suggest that you hire her, too. A+++++ THANK YOU KRISTA HARRIS FOR TURNING MY DAUGHTER’S WEDDING DAY INTO A PERFECT FAIRYTALE CELEBRATION!!!! Krista is wonderful! She listened to what we wanted for our wedding and got right to work picking the perfect restaurant, and vendors. Krista worked with the vendors handling the finer points to ensure everything came together and we did not need to stress over details. We met on Zoom periodically and on the day of EVERYTHING came together as we worked on and Krista made sure everything stayed on track.
